With this acquisition, OddsMatrix will be able to include the technologies of sports betting startup Leapbit.

According to a recent press release, EveryMatrix, a provider of B2B iGaming software, has acquired Leapbit, a sports betting supplier located in Croatia. Once the purchase is finalised, the OddsMatrix sports betting product will benefit from the inclusion of a "advanced and proven" retail solution developed by a firm located in Malta.

The integration will make the sportsbook platform a "true" omnichannel iGaming solution, with complete management, an API, modularity, and modernity. To better serve its customers in regulated markets, OddsMatrix will incorporate Leapbit is end-to-end retail software solution, which includes lottery games and virtual horse racing, into its own suite of offerings.

The Croatian company also develops custom software for the industry's top bookmakers in Central and Eastern Europe, as well as its own retail and sportsbook solutions, lottery, and virtual horse racing goods.

Meanwhile, EveryMatrix introduced its OddsMatrix e-Sports betting services in January 2019, and the product has developed rapidly since then, with a monthly average of EUR 100 million in total bets made by the fourth quarter of 2021 marking a significant milestone. According to EveryMatrix, OddsMatrix has a detailed plan in place for 2022 that will see the company grow while still providing the most requested features from the company's sports clients and partners.
